Introduction

Ranking ("the app", "we") is a badminton match-recording and ranking app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account data: email, username, profile photo/emoji, and country (if set) • Gameplay data: match results, scores, ELO/rank, EXP/level, medals, statistics, and your friends list • Content you upload: match photos and guest player nicknames • Basic technical data needed to run the service and keep it secure

How We Use It

• Compute ELO, ranks, statistics, and show leaderboards • Power the friends, invite, and match-confirmation systems • Detect cheating or abuse to keep rankings fair • Maintain and improve the service

What Others Can See

Your username, profile photo, rank/ELO, and confirmed match results are visible to other players in leaderboards, profiles, and shared match history. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-Party Providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and PostHog for usage analytics and error reporting. Your data is processed through their infrastructure under their standards. PostHog's servers are located in the United States.

Usage Data & Error Reports

To understand which parts of the app are hard to use, and to fix bugs, we collect: usage events (which screens you open, recording a match, confirming a result), your device model and OS, app version, language and country, your level and rating rounded into ranges (never the exact values), and error details when something goes wrong. We do not send your email, username, display name, guest player names, profile photo, match photos, or anything you type into search. Email addresses that happen to appear inside an error message are stripped before it leaves your device. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → "Share usage data". It takes effect immediately on that device and does not affect any other part of the app.

Retention & Security

We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can edit your profile in the app, and request access, correction, or deletion of your account/data by contacting us below. You can also delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected a child's data unintentionally, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

สิทธิของคุณ

คุณแก้ไขโปรไฟล์ได้ในแอป และขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบบัญชี/ข้อมูลของคุณได้โดยติดต่อเราที่อีเมลด้านล่าง หรือลบบัญชีได้เองในแอปที่ ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี

เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากพบว่าเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เราจะลบออก

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
